The Mammoth Spring School District is seeking a possible one on one aide. Please contact Mr. Taylor at 870-625-7212 for more information.
Due to Open House, the regular monthly board meeting will be moved to Monday, August 15, beginning at 6:30 in the High School Library.
Any students new to the district in grades PK-6, can come by the elementary office this week for registration! We will be here Monday-Thursday from 8 am to 4 pm. Birth certificate, immunization record, and social security card are needed for enrollment. If you have any questions, please call 870-625-7213.
Mammoth Spring High School will begin in person student scheduling next week. We have created the following schedule for students to meet with Mrs. Smoot. Seniors will register Tuesday, August 2 at 9:00 am, Juniors on Wednesday beginning at 9:00 am, Sophomores on Thursday, August 4 at 11:00 am, and Freshman will register on Friday, August 5, at 9:00 am. We ask that if you have registered already for concurrent classes that you please bring your concurrent schedule with you. We will make this process go as quickly and smoothly as possible but please be understanding that you may have to wait for a little while depending on how many students are in front of you. If you have any questions please feel free to call the school or email Mrs. Smoot at jsmoot@mssd.us. 7th and 8th grade schedules will be available Monday, August 8 at Open House. 7th Grade Orientation will be Monday, August 8, in the cafeteria from 6-7. Open House for all other students 7-12 will begin from 6-8, student schedules for those who are unable to meet with Mrs. Smoot will be available at Open House.
There will be a special board meeting Monday, August 1 beginning at noon in the high school library.
Today and tomorrow, we will have several agencies on campus, such as the Mammoth Spring Police Department, Fulton County Sheriff's Department, Arkansas State Police Troop, and several school resource officers. They will be using our campus to do some training.
Due to school maintenance, the special board meeting and the regular board meeting scheduled for today will be held in the Multi Purpose Building.
