The Mammoth Spring School District is participating in an ongoing statewide effort to identify, locate, and evaluate children, ages 3 to 21, who have a physical, mental, communicative, and/or emotional disability. Early identification of children in need of special education services is most important for each child. Furthermore, this information gathered from contacts with parents and other agencies will be used to help determine present and future program needs as progress is made toward the goal of providing a free appropriate public education to all children with a disability. If you know of a child who might benefit from these services, please contact the Mammoth Spring Special Education Department (870) 625-3096 or Mark Taylor, Superintendent, (870) 625-3612 at Mammoth Spring School District.
The Mammoth Spring School Board will be touring the Mammoth Spring campus on Friday, Nov. 21, 2025, beginning at 10 a.m. at the superintendent’s office. No meeting will be held, and no actions or votes will be taken by the board. The campus tour is for informational purposes only.
Just a reminder that all candle money order forms and money are due tomorrow, Friday, November 14th. This money will go toward the elementary's monthly assemblies. Thank you for your hard work and support!

Congratulations to October's Students of the Month K-3!

Have you ever stopped and observed a worm or wondered what it does while it's not being used as fish bait? Mr. Marcak's 5th grade got their hands dirty with a Worm Watcher experience they will soon not forget! How does it move around with no legs and what kind of changes does it go through as it moves? How long does it move before it settles back down in the comfy dirt? When it does settle, are those places wet or dry, dark or bright, open or covered? Ask a 5th grader!

Congratulations to Coach Houston Cooper for winning November's High School Teacher of the Month!
The award is given monthly to a teacher voted on by students. 🐻

Important Reminders from Mammoth Spring Elementary!

Honor Choir Students: Please remember to wear your shirts tomorrow for the Veterans Day Program at 2:00 p.m. in the Multi-purpose Gym.
Our families are feeling the burden caused by the gap in SNAP/Food Stamps funding. Mammoth Spring School District and all clubs will be conducting a food drive through Nov. 19 to send home with our families in need the week before Thanksgiving break.
We are asking for donations of canned or non-perishable food items. Some items would preferably be something that students could heat or cook themselves. Monetary donations will be accepted as well. Donations can be sent with students to school or dropped off in the elementary or high school offices.
Please help us make sure no Bear goes hungry during this time of extreme need. 🐻🦃
