Mammoth Spring Elementary Parents & Guardians, Due to increasing COVID cases in the area, we have made the difficult decision to make this semester’s parent teacher conferences by phone. Your child’s teacher will contact you at approximately the same time as your scheduled appointment. If you absolutely need to do a face to face meeting with your child’s teacher, please call the school and we will arrange that for you. We apologize for any inconvenience and greatly appreciate your patience as we navigate this pandemic together.
Due to an increasing number of COVID cases in our area, the Mammoth Spring School District and the Salvation Army have made the joint decision to suspend the Salvation Army Kids Club on Tuesdays until October 5. We will continue to monitor the situation closely and re-evaluate as needed.
Our FFA students are taking orders until September 20! Please contact Annie Lester to place your order.
The MSHS National Honor Society thanks each of you who donated to the Red Cross Blood Drive this past week. Because of your support and giving, 22 units are now on their way to save the lives of 66 people! Once again, our donors are making a positive difference in our community and in our State.
Thursday, September 16th, is Parent-Teacher Progress Report Conferences. DUE TO THE IMPACT OF COVID, conferences will be via email or telephone conference. In-person conferences will be limited. Contact your child's teacher by email (first initial last email@example.com) or call the High School (870-625-3612) to set an appointment with your child's teacher to call you. PROGRESS REPORTS will be mailed on Thursday (16th).

NHS American Red Cross Blood Drive is Wednesday, September 8 in the Multi-purpose Building from 1-5:30. Please sign up at RedCrossBlood.org to schedule your time slot. Masks are required during the donation. Students who are 16-17yr old must have a permission form completed by a parent/guardian and brought to the drive on Wednesday. Forms are located in the high school office. ALL donors must have a picture ID. Student donors must sign-up for a time slot in the high school office. A scholarship will be awarded to a senior if enough we collect 25+ units. Kelli Young was our scholarship recipient last year. She donated 3 times.
Picture day is TOMORROW, September 2! If you do not have a form, they can be picked up in the elementary or high school office.
MS Elementary 2nd and 3rd grade parents: Intramural basketball forms and money are due TODAY! There are a few who have turned in forms but no money. Please make arrangements ASAP to get this turned in today.
Salvation Army is sponsoring a new after school activity for our students in kindergarten through age 13! Kid's Klub will be held after school on Tuesdays from 3-6pm in the cafeteria. They will start meeting next Tuesday, August 31. We will be sending out permission forms with elementary students tomorrow. In the meantime, please see the attached picture for some helpful information!
Blood Drive sponsored by the Spring River Lions Club and NHS Wednesday, September 8 from 1-5:30 PM in the MPB!
Our cheerleaders are doing a mum fundraiser from 8/23-9/3. Pickup date for the mums are 9/9/21 @ 4:00 pm. All proceeds go towards the students practice/warmup gear and bring in Williams Baptist University Cheer in for an in-house training day!
2021 Seniors! You may pick up your yearbook in the high school office. If you can't make it to the school, please call Mrs. Cindy in the high school office and we can make arrangements for you to get your yearbook.
