Mammoth Spring High School is seeking a new addition to our team! We are looking for someone who is passionate about empowering our students with the skills they need to succeed and achieve the brightest future possible. The rootEd Advisor is embedded in school districts to proactively help high school students through each step of career exploration, postsecondary attainment, and workforce skills and credentialing. Performance will be evaluated by monthly tracking of key metrics related to student and program performance. Partnering with high school counselors, this position works with students in developing and expanding LEARNS, Pathways, and Student Success Plan while supporting students to enroll in college (college fit discussion, applications, and orientation), to earn a workplace credential, to enlist in the armed services, to complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and more. Successful applicants must have a bachelor's degree. This position is based on fund availability. For more information, contact the Superintendent's Office at 870-625-3612.

Mrs. Smoot is available in her office July 10th and 11th from 9 to 3:30 to meet with upcoming 10th through 12th grade students for scheduling.

Elementary Parents: There's still time to sign your child up for the 2024 Bear Cub Basketball Camp! Camp will be next Wednesday-Thursday, July 17-18, from 8:30-11:30.
