Please be advised:
Our counselors will never contact you by phone to request payment of any kind. We will never ask for payment over the phone or request sensitive financial information in this manner.
If you receive a call like this, we encourage you to:
- Hang up immediately
- Do not provide any personal or financial information
- Report the scam to the Attorney General's Office https://arkansasag.gov/current-scams/
- Contact your student's school directly to verify any questions or concerns

We're so excited to have School Resource Officer AJ Smith back at Mammoth Spring!
In January, Officer Smith began boot camp at Black River Technical College's Law Enforcement Training Academy as part of Class 2026A.
He graduated on Thursday with multiple honors:
- Highest Overall Average in Academics, Firearms, and Physical Training
- Second Place in Emergency Vehicle Operation
- Second Highest Academic Score
- Liberty Hill Outfitters Award for superior academic performance and a positive attitude

Saturday, April 4 was School Librarian Appreciation Day! 📚 Thank you to our librarian, Ms. Russell, and library aides, Mrs. Gail and Mrs. Lexi for keeping our students reading and loving books. We appreciate all you do! 🐻💙
There will be a BMI screening for kindergarten, 2nd, 4th, 6th, 8th and
10th grades and Scoliosis screening for 6th and 8th grade girls and for 8th grade boys on April 20, 2026.
If you prefer NOT to have your child screened please write your child's name, the date, grade, your signature and check off the screening you DO NOT want your child to participate in. Return this form back to the school nurse before April 20, 2026.
NO PHONE CALLS WILL BE ACCEPTED. ONLY THE SIGNED REFUSAL WILL BE ACCEPTED. IF NOT RETURNED BY DUE DATE YOUR CHILD WILL BE SCREENED.
