This morning, we "officially" broke ground on our new addition to the elementary! We are so excited for this project and the opportunities it will bring to our students and our school. Please be patient with us during the construction process. Thank you for your support and stay tuned for updates!
Due to unforeseen circumstances, the gas to the elementary building has been turned off to repair an issue. The building will be without heat for a little while in the morning on Monday, 10/31. Our maintenance team is getting the parts to fix the issue first thing in the morning and should the heat back on quickly. The lows will be in the 50s tonight, so it should not be cold in the building but we want parents to be aware and dress their children appropriately.
Book Fair is back! Please join us beginning October 31!
Seniors: Please remember to bring your permission slip for the Ozarka trip tomorrow, October 25!
Reminder: Today is the last day to take the parent survey. We need our families to take this survey to identify areas of strength and needs from your point of view. Please click the link below to take the survey:
Reminder: Parent Teacher Conferences are tonight from 3-6 and Bear Fest on the Hill is happening from 4-7!
My apologies. I sent out the student link earlier. The correct link for parents/guardians is https://bit.ly/3USsf4s
The Mammoth Spring School District is working to become a "High-Reliability School" district within the next three years. This distinction will show that we have implemented best practices and procedures to improve student achievement.
Part of this process requires us to collect data through research from our stakeholders. We need our families and staff to take this survey to identify areas of strength and needs from your point of view.
Please use the following link to take part in our survey.
The survey will be available until October 21.
Thank you for assisting our district.
High school parents: Wednesday, October 19 is financial aid night for seniors. This year, Ozarka has asked that parents schedule an appointment between 3-6 pm so they can help each individual family. Parent Teacher Conferences will be this Thursday, October 20 from 3-6 pm in the cafeteria. ACT waivers are available if your child is planning on taking the ACT in the future. Bear Fest on the Hill will also be on October 20 from 4-7 pm. There will be games, food trucks, and many activities for students to participate in. The Booster Club has worked so hard to put this together.
It's official! We are starting the process of our new addition to the elementary building! Please be patient with us as we grow! Pictured here are Mr. Sam Savage, maintenance custodian, Mr. Blevins from Tate Contractors, and Mrs. Jennie Whisnant, Superintendent.
