
Next week is a big week in the elementary! Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, third through sixth grades will be taking their ATLAS Interims to help us better prepare for the state testing at the end of the year. Attached are some test taking tips as well as get plenty of sleep and eat a nutritional breakfast! We will start right after the pledge around 8:00, so please do your best to be here on time. Wednesday is the spelling bee (Good luck to all the contestants), and Friday is the end of the month assembly to reward those students that have worked so hard on grades and attendance. We have a close race so far so be on the lookout for the winner next week! Have a great weekend and Go Bears!!

Senior Update:
The Class of 2025 has been working hard this November! With the help of Mrs. Smoot and Mr. Savage, our seniors have been busy securing $314,000 in awarded financial aid and scholarships (not yet accepted) and have applied to 43 colleges and post-secondary institutions. Keep up the great work, seniors! 💙🐻

Four of our juniors attended ACT prep today at Ozarka College in Melbourne! 🎓✏️




Our seniors and juniors toured Arkansas State University - Mountain Home on Thursday! We toured campus and visited with financial aid, health science, and career/technical education departments.





Athletic Update:
We have a busy week in basketball that begins tomorrow with all four teams traveling to Calico Rock for games beginning at 4:30. On Friday, we will host Ozark Mountain, with junior boys tipping off at 5:00 and both senior high teams following. Monday, we will host Highland in their first games of the season, with junior girls and both senior high teams playing. Tuesday, we will begin conference play at Sloan-Hendrix with a 4 game night starting at 4:00. Good luck to all of our athletes and Go Bears!

Mammoth Spring School District will remain in session on Tuesday, November 5.
However, please be aware that buses may experience delays navigating washed side roads, which could affect pick-up times.

The District Town Hall meeting originally scheduled for Tuesday, Nov. 5, has been postponed to Wednesday, Nov. 6. It'll be held from 3:45 to 5:00 PM in the cafeteria.
