We are two weeks away from the Blue and White Games. The excitement for the basketball season grows as the gym bleachers get close to completion. Before we know it, we will hear the crowd, smell the popcorn, and see our favorite teams playing.

This season, fans entering the Gymnasium will see some updates! We've added a second window to our concession stand area, and new bleachers are being installed. We're excited for another great season in the Bear Den! 🐻💙

A big THANK YOU to State Representative Trey Steimel for visiting our campus and speaking with our W.I.N. classes! It was great to hear about his work for District 2 and how he represents us in Little Rock. 🐻💙

Fall sports pictures will be taken Friday, Sept. 27. Basketball, golf, and cheer need to bring their uniforms for photos.

We had a handful of students attend See You At The Pole this morning!

Thank you to Kkountry 95 for having us on!

Athletic Update:
Our golf teams competed in the 2A-3 District match on Monday, 9/23. Darren Richardson led the boys team, and Kyleigh Williams had the lowest score for the girls. We had a very young group of golfers this year, so getting that experience early will be key in years to come. Although we did not have any golfers make the cut for the state match, it was a fun golf season with lots of improvement from everyone. Thank you to all who helped out in our various matches throughout the season. Basketball season is up next!

The Sophomore Class T-Shirt Fundraiser is in full swing! For more information, contact the high school at 870-625-7212.

Reminder: Beginner Band Parents, this is a reminder of the Amro Instrument Rental Meeting happening tomorrow in the Band Room. It starts at 6PM. Unless your student was assigned the instrument Tuba/Euphonium you need to be there.
If you already own an instrument for your student to play. For example the student was assigned to play the Saxophone and you already own a Saxophone. this event would be a good opportunity to bring it to that meeting so I can look it over and confirm he instrument is of sufficient quality and in fully working order.
I look forward to seeing everyone there. Good Day and Yay Band!!
